Designed for a remarkable coastal setting, this home balances clarity, comfort, and resilience. Expansive glazing captures shifting light and wide water views, while warm natural materials keep the interiors grounded and inviting. And as much as we wanted our clients to enjoy their home, we gave them plenty of ways to step outside and enjoy the shore.

Our task as architect and builder—to listen closely to what the house already knows, and shape it to support modern life.

Rather than erase what was here, we worked within it—opening the plan where it mattered, restoring where it counted, and allowing the character of the home to lead.

The kitchen, once closed and utilitarian, now anchors daily life. Natural wood, simple forms, and considered refined details bring warmth and clarity, while modern systems and performance ensure it works effortlessly for a family today.
