Misc : gutter cleaning - full price for the first cleaning and 50 percent off for the second cleaning within 3 months of the first cleaning.

Pressure washing - single family homes,not two-story. Decks

Property clean outs- homeowners, property management, estate cleanouts. These services provide cleaning out and hauling off all debris, including furniture, garbage and tear out of all old flooring such as carpet,pad and tack strips. Laminate, hardwood and vinyl.

The cheapest way out for the landlord over time is this install on a slab! It beats replacement of carpet every six months to a year , Everytime a tenant moves out.
