5'x10'x78" safe room . Our safe rooms are some of the strongest on the market 1/4" thick renforced steel 4 hinges and 3 safe pin locks on the doors . Also great for gun safe inside your home . This is no wimpy thin unit like the commercial gun safes that are made. This one is outa here to it's new home. More picture to come after the install

Now is the time to prepare for the future and keep your family safe with a Southern Shelter . We can install a basic model or a full custom unit.
In ground units are all 10ga heavy steel with double welded inside and out for tremendous strength and water tight . Basic units have a ladder entry but we do offer a stair case entry for the older clients .
Basic 5'x5'x5' with basic install is $3000.00 tax included(6 average people) 5x5x10 with install $4500.00 tax included (10-12 people) Price is within 75 miles of Dyersburg,Tn addition cost per mile over 75 miles
(Basic install is in dirt yard install . Any garage or in concrete install is additional cost .
Add $400 for stair case entry .

Safe rooms are made from quarter inch double welded design custom made to the specs you choose .
