Terrance Pisarek is the founder and President of KMS and has been a Registered Land Surveyor since 1987
. He is a 1979 graduate of Gateway Technical College and recieved an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Land Surveying. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Land Surveying and Enginering professions. Over the years, Terrance has put his stamp on over 3,800 land surveys and other related projects since he opened KMS. Terrance has been deeply involved with the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors (WSLS) and has served as President as well as on the board of directors. He has also served as chair for the PR committee as well as being a judge for the Map/Plat contest for more than 17 years. Terance also has been President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and State Representative for the Southeast Chapter of th WSLS. He has also been a Parish Council President of St. Theresa Catholic Church and President of the Palmyra-Eagle Area Scholarship Foundation. Our company is small in size but huge in personal service. Being a small company guarantees that every project will be handled by one professional surveyor and not a number of technicians.
