Owner wanted to update a rental. Replaced cabinets, tops and some fixtures to create a nicer space for renters.

In this home, the homeowners wished to bring back the powder room that was removed by past owners and made into a tiny wash machine and dryer area. Then those appliances were removed, and the room was sitting empty for a bit.

We removed the drywall, updated the plumbing, removed and updated the electrical. All new drywall, new plumbing fixtures, new lighting and new flooring brought this "empty" room to life.

Now they have a 2nd bathroom in their home and a beautiful one at that.

Tile is in and railings are almost done. This full kitchen, dining room, living room, front hall, Mudroom, powder room and partial basement remodel is almost done. Multiple walls (supporting and non-supporting), staircases, and new structurally support beams installed to allow us to create this beautiful open space.
