Commercial building wash completed in Stoughton!

This customer recently had his shutters replaced and wanted to get rid of those awful shutter runs that were left behind.

We started with an organic wash to safely clean the building and get a clearer picture of what areas needed some extra attention. From there, we went after the stubborn staining with some targeted treatment.

A few minor efflorescence stains remained, but overall the difference was night and day, and the customer was happy with the results.

An hour drive home meant we weren’t waiting around for this driveway to dry 😂 but you get the idea!

This exposed aggregate driveway in Falmouth was long overdue for a cleaning. We pretreated it with 3% sodium hypochlorite to break down the organic growth before surface cleaning.

More pressure ≠ better cleaning. We use the lowest pressure necessary to get the results we want while minimizing the risk of damaging the surface.

Knowing how to clean a surface is just as important as having the equipment to clean it.

Not every deck should be cleaned with high pressure.

One of the biggest misconceptions in our industry is that more pressure equals better results. In reality, excessive pressure can permanently damage composite decking.

Our process starts with a surfactant that helps break the bond between dirt, algae, and the deck surface. Once the buildup has been loosened, we use a turbo nozzle at reduced pressure to safely remove contaminants while minimizing the risk of damaging the decking.

The cleaner does the hard work the pressure simply helps rinse away what’s already been released.
