I want to take a moment to clear the air.
When I made the decision to step away from the business, I sold my company number and referred a trusted employee to handle future work.
At the time, it was the right choice. Unfortunately, I’ve since learned that some of you reached out and did not receive the responses or service you deserved.
That’s not how I run things.
I’m now back in business, operating independently and without the involvement of that former employee.
If you’ve been left hanging or felt ignored during that transition period, know that it wasn’t a reflection of my standards or how I treat my customers.
Moving forward, I’m back to doing what I do best — with quality, communication, and follow-through you can count on.
