Phase 1 Preparation
Hillside Lot Clearing - Approximately 2 acres...and approximately 350 - 400 trees to be felled & removed

1 - 15" diameter/165HP Bandit Chipper with winch and hydraulics
1 - 90' Tracked Lift - Platform Basket
1 - Avant 765 Material Handler/Loader on Turf Tires
1 - Toro Dingo 400 Mini-Loader
3 - Equipment Trailers
2 - Brush Hogs - Walk Behind
6 - Stihl Chain Saws from 14" to 20" to 36"
2 - Stihl BackPack Blowers

Scope of Work: Brush Hog in between and in conjunction with Avant Material Hanlder
Fell, log & remove between approximately 350 and 400 trees of various sizes
- Notch & drop about 85% of trees & use the Lift for about 15% perimeter trees by wires and fence and road
- Transport felled trees and brush to chipper with Avant Material Handler along with manual labor assist
- Continue brush hog work in tandem with Avant Material Handler - each helping to clear the area to facilitate Sawyer who is dropping trees
- Make in excess of 20 - 25 Brush Dump Runs and 7 - 10 log dump runs
- No Stump Removal work included in this Phase of the Project
- Keep the area 'coned' off and keep area clear of employees, spectators, etc.
- Daily Housekeeping - blow off sidewalks, roadways, etc. and clear and consolidate job site at end of each day
- Total Project - Approximately 5 Crew Days with Overtime

A HUGE SHOUTOUT to the STUMPY CREW today. They've been working a weeklong job in Wadsworth with one more day to finish tomorrow. Because of distance, they have been starting earlier each day and quitting later each day...and today was the icing on the cake. It was a Crane day today...but the crane operator couldn't get there til 4:30p.m. - and then they knocked the heck out of it for the next 2 1/2 hours to get everything on the ground. Before his arrival, they had everything else done that we needed to do (except stump work) so the ground was clean. Craner got everything down on the ground and staged so tomorrow will be a full day of cleaning up. And they got super lucky - we had some good rains down south, but all they had was a momentary drizzle while they die the crane work...at the end of an already long day. Thanks Stumpy Crew!
