This outdated tub and shower valve was ready for an upgrade!

We carefully opened the wall behind the shower to access the existing plumbing and installed a brand-new Symmons tub and shower system.

By working from behind the wall, we were able to complete the upgrade without disturbing the existing shower surround!

Annual tankless maintenance can catch problems before they become BIG problems! 🔧

This Navien tankless water heater belonged to a new customer and had never been serviced by us before. During our annual service, we discovered that the heat exchanger had failed.

Thankfully, we caught the issue before it turned into a catastrophic failure. We contacted Navien Tech Support, confirmed the problem, and were able to get a replacement heat exchanger covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

This is exactly why we recommend having your tankless water heater professionally serviced every year. Annual maintenance isn’t just about flushing the unit—it gives us an opportunity to inspect the system, check its operation, and identify problems before they leave you without hot water or lead to more extensive damage.

This Weil-McLain Ultra hadn’t been serviced in many years and had eventually failed.

We performed a deep cleaning of the boiler and heat exchanger, followed by a full combustion analysis. We then made the necessary gas valve adjustments to get the boiler properly dialed in and operating the way it should.

High-efficiency boilers need regular maintenance. Over time, buildup and neglected components can affect efficiency, reliability, and proper combustion—and eventually lead to breakdowns.
