Part two, finished product.
Sunroom became a walk-in closet and a mudroom,
Mudroom with heated floor.
Curb less shower with heated floor.
Pantry with floating shelves.
And a fresh paint job.
And of course with spray foam insulation on outside walls and sound prof insulation around shower walls.

On our way to renovate , expanding Master bathroom, sunroom to become a walk-in closet, and a nice mudroom, expanding pantry room, all with flushed floors not steps not even in the shower, and with a nice linear drain, bathroom floor with heated floors.
