Hey Share Gardeners! We’ll see you tomorrow from 5-7 for community garden time!

Also, if you need a new FREE therapist...consider these lovely plant starts. They ask only for water in return, and besides the added benefit of them smelling delicious, they also will listen to all your life problems and offer sound advice such as “grow where you’re planted”, “work through the hard stuff till you break through”, and “when you feel like you’ve sunk, maybe you’ve just been planted- you’re about to grow!!”

These licensed seedlings have available time slots six days a week, morning or evening! Sign up now before their all taken!

(Watering takes about half an hour and we’d love to have you out to volunteer in this way!)

Also, if you joined the watering crew and want to help water starts, they are getting to the point that we water twice a day!

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who attended our share garden meeting Monday night!! It was an amazing success!

This Thursday 3/29 5-7 we will be doing seed starting and garden design/planning for anyone who wants to participate! RSVPs would be nice and late joiners are welcome (we know a lot of people get off work around 5)!

If you didn’t make it to the meeting Monday, I will be sending an email tomorrow with all the details!

Stable Days & Town Square Farmers Market Share Garden Time 🌱💚

We are looking for anyone from master gardeners and master gardener interns to gardening wannabes to join us in planning, planting and playing in the soil!

Our share garden vision is to create community through garden volunteers who work together to plant, care for and harvest shares that are given to hunger-free initiatives and food banks in our region.

Our planning meeting will be TODAY March 26 at 6:30pm at Stable Days Youth Ranch. If you're interested in working in the garden and helping end hunger and food insecurities in our area, we'd love to see you there! Share garden participants who work a minimum of 16 hours between May 1-July 15 to help us meet our share goals will earn their own share to take home! Extensions on volunteer time will be given on an as needed basis.
