This honeycomb-style structure helps lock everything in place, improves drainage, and reduces pressure within the slope.

Once you add topsoil and vegetation, the root systems work together with the grid to create long-term stability for your berm.

It’s easy to install with a clip system and pairs perfectly with our SBC bleaching oil shingles and black Marvin windows for a clean, modern look. While the price is on the higher side, it’s built to last, unlike traditional wood, making it a sustainable choice.

Installed this glass railing system from RF Transparent and honestly… super clean look and way easier install than expected. No holes in the glass, fully adjustable, and we had it up in under 90 minutes.

Solid option for both DIY and pro installs.

Pro Tip: Start with 2” of closed-cell spray foam on above-grade walls before other trades come in. It creates a tight air seal, keeps the job cleaner, and makes installation more efficient. Then we finish the cavity with batt insulation to reach R27.

We’re in the insulation phase and getting ready to start plumbing and electrical work. Our pivot door ( )is currently being finished with its final stain, and the Davinci ( )fireplace is being installed — bringing us one step closer to the final look.
