Some drywall installation from a customers leaking chimney. Demo was already done and they just wanted it boarded up and brought to finish so they can paint. This customer was having issues with water intrusion getting in to their garage. Lo no story short the porch isn’t directly against the sheeting and wasn’t flashed. Before tackling the inside we threw up a new downspout after watching water pour over the gutters in the corner during a rainstorm. After a quick cleaning and repair hind the gutters away the install was quick, out of the way, sheds water and most importantly was affordable.
