Client chose a gorgeous Ironstone vinyl siding with white window framing + trims — this house is about to pop! 🏡🤩

🔥 Interior Update – Fire Claim Project 🔧
• 🧱 Interior walls were removed to create an open-concept kitchen and improve overall flow.
• 🪚 A flushed, upgraded header beam was installed to support the new layout.
• 🏗️ The new structural beam is built with two (2) LVL beams + a 1-inch metal plate for added reinforcement and stability.

The restoration work is moving along smoothly:

🪟 Windows: All new windows have been installed.
🏠 Roof: Roofing is currently in progress.
🧱 Siding: Siding installation will be the next phase once the roof is complete.
