Administrative Office Assistant

Must have 5 years or more experience as an Administrative Assistant and or Office Manager.

Experience in the following:
Quickbooks
Scheduling
Instagram and Facebook for business
Excel, PowerPoint, and or similar programs
Advertising and marketing
Sales- working with clients one on one to sell a product and or service.
Working one on one with clients to assist with questions, concerns, contract review, etc.

Additional information:
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 830am to 5pm
Occasional Saturdays when needed
Paid holiday, sick and personal days
Office location Town of Oyster Bay- office
Compensation based off experience

We have been hard at work this season. Here are a few projects that we have completed and are working on!

Partial pond rebuild. Emergency squeeze in for Shawn from Koi Market in Huntington (he/we didn't build this pond). Shawn handles the routine maintenance for this homeowner. We are building a cement block wall with a footing to prevent this from happening again. Water collection has caused the pond wall to collapse.
