Do you know the difference between a sauna and a steam room? Here are a few distinct differences, and their unique benefits.

Steam room temperatures range from 100 to 115°F with humidity levels reaching 100%. Most popular for their ability to alleviate congestion, and provide mental and muscular relaxation, steam creates a warm embrace by boiling water within the generator.

Dry sauna rooms range from 180 to 200°F with humidity levels around 10%. Due to the dry environment, saunas promote sweat and detoxification. Heat is generated with an electric, gas, or wood-burning stove.

Both should be enjoyed for about 20 minutes at a time and are great for the mind, body, and spirit!
