Replaced a sagging drop tile ceiling with a solid board and batten style ceiling along with some new recessed LED light fixtures in this sewing room

This customer wanted the doggie door gone, a new door that let more natural light in and the squishy floor in the area remedied. The doggie door and lack of flashing under the door itself had caused some major water damage to the subfloor over time and required a large section of subfloor to be cut out, additional support was added and new subfloor installed before the new door went in. Out with the old, in with the new! Removed the wire shelving in this walk in closet, patched the walls, repainted and installed much stronger 💪 and solid shelving/hanging rods. I was especially thankful to have an indoor project going yesterday as the rain was relentless!!!
