We are looking to hire!!!

We're looking to hire individuals to work in the field as skilled workers. You must have at least 2 years of in the field construction background and know basic building codes. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to work with others, most of our crews are two / three man crews.

Pay will be negotiated at interview. Our hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, no weekends. Paid holidays, and after one year you get one week paid vacation.

Tis the season of giving! This holiday season Redfield Construction understands that a lot of people are struggling and we would like to give back to the community. 🎁

We are doing a drawing that will end Tuesday December 9th. The drawing will consists of TWO winners of a $250 gift card to help with the holiday! 🚒 Community support makes all the difference!

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Redfield Construction for donating a brand-new high-pressure water fire pump to be installed on TCFD Marine 1. This generous gift will enhance our ability to respond to fire emergencies on the water and help keep our community safe.

What an honor it is to work with the Tawas City fire department! We have a customer's house that was getting prepared to be demoed.

The fire Department reached out to us to see about doing the training session before we tore it down, here are some pictures from their training session. Also a huge thanks to the customer for letting us postpone their project to let these guys get in there and do their thing!!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all your support, it's been overwhelming! I also want everyone to know regardless if I get a seat on the board or not, we need to keep pushing for change in our district. Good morning everyone,

We are only 3 days away from election day!! I want to say thank you for everybody's support. It has been overwhelming!
With that being said we are still not at the finish line yet. I'm still asking for your support these next few days.
