A beautiful highlander roof system. This midnight black roof brought much needed life back to this home, and gave it a bold look that is seen as soon as you turn into the neighborhood. With Malarkey's rubberized asphalt blend this system will perform for years to come while providing these home owners with the peace of mind knowing that they will no longer be picking shingles up everytime the wind blows.

These owners purchased this home and started to notice everywhere the contractors skipped or cut corners. After replacing all their siding and calling us to assess a leaking skylight during the winter, we removed their tarp and verified the issue right away. When the roofer failed to properly flash the skylight correctly we opened it up and put it back together for them so they could do away with the giant blue tarp that the wind was shredding. We didn't charge them due to everything needed to repair it so it wouldn't leak the previous roofer conviently left on the uphill side of the skylight, and we were already in the area on another project. By being good humans we were the first company they called when they decided they were not going to continue worrying about whether they wget by each winter. We replaced their green oxidized asphalt system and repalced it with a new rubberized asphalt Malarkey system in midnight black. This color makes the entire feel of the home warm and inviting and provided them with the peace of mind that this would be the last time they worried about this again.

One of the hardest things to accept in this life will always be that most people's determination and drive will only ever be skin deep. Most will always choose to quit when it gets hard or when it becomes actual work, but then complain about the results. Change will always start within, and you will never achieve anything without putting in the work and pushing yourself beyond the pain. Then accepting what you can not change, you must let it go.

This homeowner called last winter after multiple failed attempts using other roofing contractors to mitigate water entering the home. The low-slope system was topped with three layers of shingles, preventing any proper repair. We stripped the entire system down to the bones and installed Malarkey Roofing Products Arctic Seal Ice Guard. We installed it for a low slope installation and half lapped every seam, providing a minimum of 18" of coverage per lap. Once finished installing ice guard on the entire roof slope, we came back through and installed a beautiful Highlander roof system in Natural Wood. This is by far one of my favorite colors due to the different variations throughout the shingle. It is a color that pops and maintains that wow effect for years to come. It is embedded into a shingle that is made to perform. Malarkey's Highlander series is their entry-level system that outperforms most manufacturers' enhanced shingle systems and remains affordable for most. It is designed using a withzed asphalt blend and has an adhesion factor that keeps this system in place in some of the harshest conditions mother nature can throw at it.
