We at innovative precast are in search of a crew lead to lead our precast crew.
This job entails leading a crew of between 3 and 5 guys. A good fit for this position will be someone who is proficient at leading, directing, and teaching a team.
As the crew lead you will guide your crew thru striping, cleaning, closing, and pouring our precast retaining block forms, while staying organized and efficient all the way through.
We are looking for someone who leads with a cool calm and collected attitude, while staying determined and efficient.
A good candidate will be a quick learner, and be able to think and navigate thru problems that may arise throughout the process. We are looking for someone who leads with a crew first and family mentality.
Prior precast or concrete experience is preferred but not required however prior crew lead experience is required for this position.
