Thanks to family-owned home improvement businesses, I have grown into an expert in the home renovations and remodeling process. With over 20 years of experience, I know how a project should be expedited to acquire success, and how to quickly recognize a contractor who does not. My goal is to impart knowledge in a way that is practical, easy to understand, and just as easy to apply. I learned on the job, working with my Father and Uncle who were general contractors in the home remodeling and renovation industry. I always tell homeowners that I refer to my time with my Father and Uncle as my ” Best of Both World’s Experience”. My Uncle became a multi millionaire as a general contractor based on hard work, managing contractors well, keeping his word, and never taking money from homeowners unless it had been earned. My Father on the other hand, was a great Father however, he was the general contractor that I’m going to help you protect yourself from being duped by, and to the best of my ability, help you avoid even working with. I was never proud of the things my Father would occasionally inflict on homeowners, to the point that I began studying home improvement and homeowner/contractor relations to understand, not only why homeowners are taken advantage of , but how to avoid it. I’m going to tell you about everything I’ve seen with my own eyes, and when it comes to home improvement/renovations, I’ve seen it all. My coaching techniques aren’t designed to simply help you hire who you or anyone else may believe is the most qualified contractor, I’m going to show you specific strategies and the mindset necessary, to best protect you from being victimized.
