📍 Eastham, Massachusetts Roofing Project Completed

What we completed on this job:

* Removed and replaced a section of roofing with failing, outdated skylights
* Installed new VELUX manual M08 skylights with solar-powered blinds
* Replaced siding on the cheek wall
* Applied new ice & water shield on the cheek wall for added leak prevention and long-term durability

The new skylights not only bring in more natural light, but the solar blinds give the homeowner better control over heat and glare throughout the year. Combined with updated siding and ice & water protection, this area is now properly sealed and built to last.

Another beautiful project all wrapped up in Brewster for Anchor Building. We installed CertainTeed Landmark roofing shingles along with white cedar shingles on this addition, as well as James Hardie clapboard on the front of the house. It was great being part of such a cool project.

The shingle rake detail helped keep the authentic Cape cottage look that fits perfectly right near the water here in Brewster. Big thanks to Anchor Building for having us involved — proud of how this one came out.

Brewster Project Update 🔨
Currently on-site in Brewster working on this addition. We’re installing James Hardie siding paired with white cedar shingles and a CertainTeed Landmark roof. It’s a great mix that’s built to handle the salt air and Cape weather.

Wrapped up this roof replacement out in Dennis in the historic district. We stripped the existing roof down to the deck and installed new CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Weathered Wood—a great color choice for this style home.

We also installed new gutter guards to keep everything flowing properly and low maintenance.

All step flashing was replaced, and we ran ice and water shield up the wall-to-roof transitions for extra protection where it matters most.

If you’re doing your roof, it’s important to also address any flashing or cedar that’s tied into the roof system—skipping that can lead to problems down the line.

Came out solid and ready to handle the coastal weather.

Another clean exterior upgrade in Dennis 🔨

New roof installed with CertainTeed Landmark Pro in Georgetown Gray.

Removed the old siding and replaced all forward-facing walls with SBC Cape Cod Gray dipped white cedar shingles, and finished the cheek walls and gables with bleaching oil shingles for a classic Cape look.
