FREE 4” vegetable plants. They may require a little extra love and it’s late for an abundant crop, but free is free! Most of the tomato varieties are bite size tomatoes so they will produce. These would be great to prepare for the fall crop or to experiment with gardening methods! Kale, tomatoes and peppers available for Free!

We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated team member to help us cultivate a beautiful experience for our community. If you love working with people, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and have a passion for plants and unique retail spaces, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do (Job Duties)
* Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming and assisting visitors, sharing product knowledge, handling point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience.
* Inventory & Merchandising: Unpacking, stocking, and creatively displaying retail goods, plants, produce, yard art, and seasonal products.
* Daily Maintenance: Keeping our space thriving! This includes watering, potting, deadheading (trimming spent blooms), moving inventory, cleaning, and light lifting to keep the facility looking its best.
* Operations: Operating specific shop equipment and assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)
* Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, comfortably lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in seasonal Texas weather conditions.
* Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older due to equipment operation and insurance requirements.
* Qualities: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, reliability, and an eye for organization and detail.

Schedule & Hours
We are primarily looking for weekend help, with potential for bonus afternoon hours during the week:
* Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Sundays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
* Weekdays (Added Bonus): Availability to work afternoon hours (until 6:00 PM) on select weekdays is a major plus!
