We were happy to help in this case where the upstairs unit flooded out the entire lower level. The house is now up for sale. 2 separate living quarters. Perfect for rental or multi generational family. Lower level with exception of kitchen flooring and the bathroom is pretty much all new.

The delays in getting product has hit many aspects of our lives including materials for home repairs. But this was worth the wait! Water damage took out half the flooring but we were able to get new floors in and blended in well for a happy homeowner!

Before and after kitchen flooded. Had to reuse the countertops and that was a challenge taking 4 people in order to not break it. End result = happy customer.
