We offer a freindly, no high pressure sales approach. Depending on your project, we can give you a proposal using google earth or a few photos you send us! We can provide a proposal on site, via email, hand deliver or mail one to you. Any questions about your proposal are always welcome and will be answered.
We always provide a signed written proposal for every job we take on that explains exactly what the costs are/paymemt terms, what were installing/building/repairing and exactly whats included and whats not. Also we can provide all receipts for materials we purchase to the homeowner.
We work with homeowners that want to provide there own materials/disposial/Demo or do part of the project themselves.

-We strive to exceed your expectations! We will go above and beyond for ground clean up and to protect plants and your siding! We tarp the whole side of your house from the roof to the ground to guarantee we dont damage the side of your home while we remove your old shingles! We also will custom build protection apon request to protect your House/Garden/Landscaping/Etc. We have an outstanding grounds cleanup and always run multiple magnets over your yard to remove any nails that got past are tarps. Also we clean your entire gutter system at the completion of your install!
We install both Shingle and Metal Roofing. We always reflash valleys and chimneys with new flashing and install new pipe boots, box vents, ridge vents, ect and never reuse old ones unless you ask us to. We offer to eliminate the old box vents and install a ridge vent at no charge. Also we can take down that unused ugly chimney! We always install new ice/water barrier on all eves, valleys and chimneys! We quote all shingle installs with lifetime warranty Owens Corning Architectural Shingles or any brand/style you chose!

We will trim, remove or tear down and dispose of any trees/bushes/structures or obsticals needed to install your fence.
