After nearly 7 years of attempting to make Eau Claire homes a little more beautiful, I will be officially closing down Twelve Twenty Exteriors. The time has come to move on. Thank you to everyone who have given us the pleasure of working on your projects. It has been amazing getting to know so many outstanding neighbors in the Chippewa Valley. I’m going to leave you with this absolute banger from the Jonas Brothers who help to remind us all that life can be a Rollercoaster.

Recently Volume One announced the top vote getters in their annual “Best Of” edition. We are excited to be named number one for siding for 2022. And even more excited to be in their Hall of Fame for being in the 5 Year Club along so many other great local business. Thank you to everyone that voted!

We recently completed this window replacement and vinyl siding remodeling project. Simonton vinyl windows along with Foundry vinyl shakes and standard double 4” vinyl siding made this subtle home modern.

We still have openings for late autumn and winter for vinyl siding! Didn’t get your project done this summer, but still want to get this year’s pricing? Get your job booked now before materials price increases and save yourself some money.

Before we get down to business, look at the handsome puppy this North Side family got!

Unfortunately they also had water coming into their basement due to improper landscaping and gutters. We called in our friends at Jeff's Landscaping to properly grade the decorative rock areas. This will keep the water away from the foundation and window wells. Then we extended the kick-outs off the gutters to divert water outside of the edging to make sure they won’t have issues in the future.

The new windows and vinyl siding are complete on this South Side of Eau Claire home! The updated siding makes the previously installed Flower Power orange front door stand out in the best way possible. And the Simonton Reflections windows had the owner considering setting up chairs to just stare and admire how good they look!

Just the finishing touches to do on this big LP SmartSide, Simonton windows, Simonton patio door, and aluminum soffit and fascia job. The clean lines of LP already have the neighbors yelling compliments from the road just south of Eau Claire.

Monday through Friday 8-5 and you’ll never be asked to work evenings or weekends. Very casual work environment that stresses quality of product. All people encouraged to apply.
