Haven't posted in a while but we are still here and still going wide open like always. Here's some photos from our current Remodel. Tearing out subfloor, tearing out old 2x12 floor joist and replacing with new 2x12's. Bracing and blocking and new subfloor!

Replaced some soffit and facial boards, pressure washed and stained the cedar siding exterior.
