We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Pump Crew Technician to join our team.

Requirements:
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience with plumbing installation and repair
• Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair water well pumps and systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Assist with plumbing connections and system setup
• Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Is your well winterized and ready for the freezings temps ? If not here are a few tips that could prevent freeze damage to your well.
1. Insulate all of the plumbing at your well with pipe wrap or fiberglass insulation.
2. Purchase a heat lamp to install in your pump house just make sure the lamp is not close to anything that can cause a fire.
3. If your well does not have a cover or well house find something to protect the well from the wind.
4. If your well is just for irrigation or livestock fill your water troughs and shut off power to the well and drain the plumbing.

We would like to congratulate Jackson on his graduation last night!! Jackson has worked for us during the summer in the past and has decided to come back full-time. We are excited to have him back and can't wait to see what the future holds for him.
