In this two-phase renovation with Charles Stinson Architecture + Design, a vision was clear: create a home that feels intrinsically connected to its lush natural surroundings. Working from the existing structure, the new updates thoughtfully blur the lines between indoors and out, most notably through expansive decks and easy-to-access patio spaces that invite the beautiful landscape into everyday living.

🏡 Deer Hill update
Progress is coming along beautifully with masonry around the 4-stall garage now completed and the garage doors installed. Inside, the coffered ceiling details now stretch across the main living space, creating a feeling of room definition without walls. The fireplace and stone surround are in, the sunroom paneling is ready for paint, and the staircase stands out from every angle. Thoughtful design details are sprinkled everywhere throughout the home and with so many exciting finishes still ahead, we can't wait to show what's next.
