Fixed a leak today... pretty easy , fan wire rubbed the suction line until it wore thru and shorter to the tubing.. arch...

Back at the huge leak yesterday ... left it at 55 psi.. 24 hrs later...I would say it's good ... vacuum and recharge

Found another leak... kinda obvious. Little cap tubes rubbing together .. can hear it after separating them .. think it's still leaking in the coil itself.. left pressure on it today will go back in the A.M. to verify ... went to get new batteries for my leak detector cause I couldnt get in the room of the coil without it going solid tone... after repair I still got a couple hits so incase it was residual ill know in the morning .

Found a leak .. replaced the core ..no more leak .. charged it and gone video of the leak ..pics above also

Ok so "the kids" mom called and ask about hvac repairs and the cost of freon so I ask what gives and she said she has a leak and the company that came out said replace the coil for the low low price of $4000 dollars ... so I called and checked prices and that coil cost me 600 bucks so how can they justify 3400 worth of labor ... that's just straight robbery .. the highest price person I ever worked for would have been less that 3000. So I rode up there and not only found the leak but fixed the leak and now she's up and running great ... charged her 300 cause she's my son's mom ... but any way here's a few photos and a short of the leak . If you gonna do it ya gotta do it right ... the repair ended up looking like a heart .. not my best work but serves the purpose ... just shows I put love into it lol
