Kristy and Jeff have been absolutely grinding this week, and let’s just say… it’s a GOOD thing summer hasn’t fully arrived yet because these attics are already BRUTAL. Between the heat, the dust, and systems hanging on by a thread, they’ve seen some disasters lately.

Some people talk about hard work… and then there’s Kristy 💪🔧

By day, she’s a substance use counselor helping people get their lives back on track. Somewhere in between, she’s out here turning wrenches, getting her hands dirty, and making sure AMS Heating and Cooling keeps things running right 😄🔥❄️

She’s not your average candidate for sheriff either🚔… and definitely not your average anything. Whether she’s helping someone in need or helping on a job site, she shows up ready to work (and yes… she can outwork most of us 😅).

Friday was "Bring your wife to work" day!
Kristy was representing well.

We diagnosed a frozen evaporator coil on a fairly new Daikin system that someone else installed and began the thawing process.

These pics are of her getting ready to remove the access doors and removing the 2" thick ice blocks from the top and bottom of this coil.

She was saying...."I think that I can push my hands in here and get the ice out of the bottom part of the coil".

She had better luck removing the large ice sheets from the top of the coil in this particular situation.

Lets give a big hand clap for Kristy and her willingness to jump in front of me and get the job done.
She walked away knowing the ice got removed and I walked away with many cuts on my knuckles from having them scrape up and down on the razor sharp areas of the coil.

Teamwork.
