We want to thank all our clients for all their support and business over this past year.

We are so blessed with the best people to work with.

2026 will be a year of change for us and The Handy Farmer business.

Due to health issues and a recent surgery, The Handy Farmer, Scott Vivas, regretfully will not be able to do remodels or major home repairs starting January 2026.

We are looking forward and we are changing the focus of the business.

We will continue to offer Handy Man type services like ceiling fan installs, faucet replacements, screen repairs, storm doors, etc. No job is too small!

Thank you for entrusting us the past 6 years with making your remodel and renovation dreams come true.

We look forward to continuing to offer quality work at a reasonable price for all your Handy Man needs.

A tiny home redo!

The new property owners wanted the tiny home that the previous owner attempted to remodel completed and livable.

Separate bedroom, bathroom, living area, laundry area, and kitchen all had to be installed including walls, to make these areas as well as a real wood tongue and groove ceiling and beautiful flooring.

We so enjoyed making their ideas a reality!
