Being part of these large-scale luxury builds takes more than just manufacturing stairs. It takes coordination, engineering, craftsmanship, and ex*****on at a level where every detail matters.

This floating staircase system was designed specifically for the architecture of the home — oversized white oak treads, frameless glass, integrated lighting, and a fully custom structural layout built from scratch.

Custom staircase by for a $12,000,000 luxury residence.

This floating stair system is nearing completion at the St. Andrew project, with final glass installation left before handoff.

Featuring select white oak treads at 53” wide, 30” depth, and a massive 6” thick profile, paired with integrated LED lighting, frameless glass, and a zen garden centerpiece designed to make the staircase feel like a true architectural feature — not just a way to move between floors.

Every detail was built to match the scale and presence of the home itself.

St. Andrew progress update.

We’re down to the final stage — glass installation left and this project is complete.

Really happy for the new homeowners seeing this one come together. From structure to finish details, this staircase is turning into a true centerpiece of the home.
