Removed a triple window, installed a sliding glass door, ran wiring and installed 2 exterior lights, an exterior receptacle, a 2'x8' landing, composite decking. Installed railings also, those pics will be added later.

My latest project. Screened in porch modified to a 4 seasons room. Wish I had gotten photos of the interior...interior was much more impressive.installed 4 sash windows. Meaning 4 windows per opening that "telescope" that creates 75% of the area for ventilation.

Didn't get a before pic...but some bricks had came dislodged from the apron...pointed up so water doesn't get in-between the joints...the solution to the original problem
