Creeping phlox is a fast-growing, low-maintenance perennial ground cover that forms a 4- to 6-inch-tall, dense mat of vibrant pink, purple, white, or blue flowers in early spring. Ideal for sunny slopes, rock gardens, and borders, this deer-resistant plant thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, making it a popular, hardy, semi-evergreen lawn alternative.

• Light: Thrives in full sun.
• Soil: Prefers well-draining, even sandy or rocky soil, and is highly adaptable.
• Water: Drought-tolerant once established; only requires water during severe drought or shortly after planting.
• Spacing: Plant 18 to 24 inches apart to form a solid, weed-suppressing mat.
