A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL OF CORRUPTION
Attorney Terry Palacios is a close associate of members of the Texas Syndicate and other local drug dealers with close ties to Mexican cartels. He is not just their attorney.
NOTE:
The Palacios campaign is fabricating allegations to smear his opponent in an effort to try to make her look as corrupt as him so voters that would otherwise feel motivated to vote against him get discouraged. However, it’s important for people ignore his propaganda and show up to vote for Terry’s opponent, Nereida Lopez-Singleterry for District Attorney.
We usually try to remain neutral, but sometimes we have to speak out against candidates that we know are corrupt. Attorney Terry Palacios is at a whole different level than other crooks we have exposed… he sold out his law firm’s client and he was murdered as a result.

Voters in Hidalgo County have a duty to show up to vote against Terry Palacios.
TERRY AND THE TEXAS SYNDICATE
This picture was taken at an event in 2019 when Terry was running for re-election as municipal judge in Edinburg. However, these are not random supporters.
Francisco “Frankie” Ortiz (white shirt) is a high ranking member of the Texas Syndicate. Terry’s nephew, District Attorney Ricardo Rodriguez Palacios dismissed his last case in Hidalgo County, because his companion took “full responsibility” for the co***ne they were caught selling. Frankie is currently in federal custody. According to a confidential source, the events mentioned in the indictment happened around the time this picture was taken.
Cristobal “McTown” Bazan (black shirt) was arrested last year in Zapata County… on a federal warrant. We have not confirmed if he is still in federal custody. On July 22, 2020, McTown was arrested by Edinburg PD for selling co***ne and possession of ma*****na. He was taken before a municipal judge filling in for then-Judge Terry Palacios. The investigator with Edinburg Police Department asked for a high bail but he was rebuked by the Judge… he was told Terry called and told him to give him a PR bond.
The practice of calling in to lower bail for certain defendants was not rare. He would do it very frequently to generate money for his law firm and his nephews and nieces that are also lawyers. Stay tuned for that story.
HIS NEPHEW BJ
Although BJ said at his sentencing that he knew the men that picked up the document that got Mars killed only through his work at the law office, during the trial it was revealed that Fidel Valle was a close friend of the family and BJ would often visit his house on mile 15 in rural Donna, TX.
