CREW LEAD PAINTER - must have 2+ years of Leading a professional painting crew.

3 Requirements to Work with Legacy Painting
#1. Show Up
Punctuality and reliability are essential to this role.
• Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Arrive early and ready to work
• Lead and participate in daily team huddles
• Be dependable—this is non-negotiable
#2. Do Your Job
This role always requires full responsibility and clear communication.
• 100% accountable for the job site from start to finish
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and general contractors
• Maintain consistent, clear communication throughout each project
• Work safely in elevated spaces on ladders and steep roofs with dormers
• Work outdoors in extreme heat when required (100°+), maintaining proper hydration and awareness
3. Have a Good Attitude
We expect a respectful, solution-oriented mindset.
• Stay positive under pressure
• Handle challenges with professionalism
• Represent Legacy Painting well on every job

What we offer:
Full-time, year-round work, All Tools Provided
Bi-weekly pay + performance raises & bonuses
Simple IRA + basic health plan
No subcontractors — real careers, not gigs

PAY - $20/hr for the first 2 weeks (on-the-job interview period)
