What do we do? Well, in the words of our Employee #1, Owen Robinson, “We solve problems.” Our team helps homeowners find and implement lasting solutions by combining design and skilled craftsmanship. What You’ll Do:
• Demolition & cleanup
• Carry materials (50+ lbs)
• Measure, cut & use basic tools
• Assist with framing, trim, flooring, etc.
• Learn directly from an experienced carpenter
• Work outside on active job sites

What We’re Looking For:
• Likes physical/outdoor work
• Coachable & hardworking
• Reliable — shows up on time
• Positive attitude / no drama
• Safety-minded
• Driver’s license & transportation preferred
