So I pretty much lived in this house since December. But a few last little items left and ready to rent! Alot of late nights and body aches, alot of opening the ole 'can of worms" around every corner. Pretty much most the family time was bringing the kids up there for dinner or the whole day to get it done. But damn I proud of this one. Couldn't ask for better returning client. Huge thanks to the Perry clan for letting me do what I do. And thanks for the evening paddle board laps on the lake at break time. 👍

This was another great build for some greats clients. Refreshed the deck, demo wood porch roof and installed green aluminum soffit, and wall built to separate the laundry room. Finished it off with some t and g pine on the ceiling! Sweetness.
