This was a kitchen refacing and repair job. Alll the doors and hardware were removed and I fabricated all new cabinet doors. I sanded and repaired the cabinets. Sprayed the doors with 3 coats of Behr kitchen cabinet paint. Drilled out for the new hardware and hung all the doors. Soft close hardware was used. It brought the kitchen back to life. It's cost effective but not easy. I also installed new vinyl planking over the ceramic floor.

We had to do some structural support work because of extensive termite damage to the main beam and other areas in a half crawl/ basement. This was bad!! We supported the back half of the house and ripped out about 8 linear feet of a triple 2x8 beam. It was literally like sheets of paper sandwiched together. Somebody a long time ago tried to do some sister if all wrong. Bottom line is that we got it stable so that more work can now be performed and eventually replace the entire beam and floors above it. It was dirty and difficult but got it structurally sound. This house needs to be demoed. lol

This was a small front porch steps and landing rebuild in Brigantine. We removed the original PT wood railings, landing and steps and replaced all of it with the treks system decking (cinnamon cove) and (veranda white) railing kits. We added a new lattuce skirt and replaced the corner piece of siding and painted the door semi gloss white.

This kitchen was a blend of old cabinets on the island area that we re-used & customized by putting a solid back on them and 1x6 boards to picture frame the base. We also added electric and new plumbing for the sink and garbage disposal with several outlets and ran new HVAC underneath with vents on both sides. The wall cabinets and appliances are all new. We highlighted those cabinets with carefully placed recessed lighting. Another quick note. There was a wall separating that part of the kitchen which was removed and and structural beam was installed so that the kitchen could have the open look it has now. New ceiling light fixtures were also installed and relocated to their present locations and all switches are now in the column on the island.
We did not have a lot of room to work because of the limited space and salvaging the old cabinets but we got it done. Once the new appliances and cabinets started arriving it really got tight. lol enjoy the photos. Please contact me with any questions. Thank you

We did a considerable amount of work for this person. Gutted bathroom floor and removed old whirlpool bath tub and old vanities. Redid floors and new vanities, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, canvas wall mural install and back and front patio and walkways with epoxy.

Here is a total gut and redo. A little updating. Got rid of the walk in shower stall and installed new customized schluter shower pan and walls, new freestanding tub, new floors and drywall. Plumbing changes and vent lines, new shower diverter and fixtures . Floor and wall tile with a bench and new glass all the way around. Flooring is life-proof vinyl & Exposed piping on bathtub ! 👍

Here are some before and afters of a master bathroom renovation we did recently. The original shower was completely enclosed and the bathtub was built into a platform taking up a lot of space.
We removed everything and gave it a more open feel with a larger custom shower pan with glass panels and a free standing tub with exposed piping for that classic look to give it a very open and modern feel. We installed two new vanity tops, faucets and mirrors, the vanities were sanded and painted (by the homeowner) to match the color scheme saving the client money.
The Moen M-core diverter was installed in shower and we piped in for an extra hand held shower head close the custom shower bench.
We also had to re-route some of the plumbing and electric and then a new vinyl floor to finish it off.

We have an ongoing project in Somers Point NJ that is a full home total gut and remodel project. Here are some more photos of bunk beds for the families children. These are two sets of full size beds. They are not complete and missing finish trim and stairs which will be added after we drywall the house.
