The latest orchard haul. These late-season O'Henry peaches grew beautifully this year. They can be enjoyed fresh or cooked in pies and cobblers due to their firm texture and sweet-tart flavor. They are also excellent for preserving through canning, freezing, and drying, making them suitable for jams, butters, and other later uses.
