So, even as a Small Business owner, remember, that my most important job is being a Daddy. When one of your babies realizes that she misses being a Nurse, you tell her to go do what she is led to do!!! This Woman is an amazing woman. She could have more than been successful taking over our companies. That being said, she is a better Nurse and that is what she needs be doing. Madeline Tyson has taken a position at CARTI here in El Dorado and I could not be more pleased. Yes, I will miss her being with me everyday, but remember, my first and most important job is being a Daddy!!! I love you kid...REMEMBER, KICK THEIR ..... EVERYDAY!!!! Go get em all and do your thing.

Perry Pope

Well, here we go!!! I am starting to get a lot of questions in the community so here is the answer. WildFlower Pope and I would like to welcome our newest member of Management to our team. Maddi Pope joined us a couple of weeks ago in a training mode. This is a young woman that I may have known my whole life. This is a young woman that graduated High School at the age of 16, graduated from nursing school before she was 20 and kicked butt at everything she has done in her life. I am excited about the energy and commitment that she brings to our family businesses. When you see he, please give her a big hug and say congrats. We have worked very hard to put the right people in the proper seats. Strong structure, strong values, excellent performance and the right people equal a strong opportunity for success. We will continue to strive to meet all of these standards. Welcome Maddi!!! Now go kick their butt everyday....
