Here we go again 😍

⚡️This was a really special project for us.

This client had been dealing with roof leaks for quite some time. Instead of tearing everything off and paying for a full roof replacement, they decided to go with a restoration system that not only seals and protects the roof — but also adds insulation and strength.

We installed 2.8 lb closed-cell spray foam to create an additional thermal barrier while adding rigidity to the existing roof system. We then finished it with a high-performance elastomeric coating backed by a 10-year warranty.

This is an amazing option for building owners looking to:
