The company changed hands in 1952 and under new ownership began branching into other areas of installed sales of home improvement products such as curtain rods and other types of window coverings. As the years passed, the company became more involved in the new home construction industry installing the previously mentioned products and ultimately adding a line of shower doors along with mirrors, c
loset doors, glass shelving and other glass products. In 1986 the company was sold to new owners who greatly expanded the service offerings and continued to build upon the excellent reputation for residential and commercial installations in the El Paso and Southern New Mexico region. As of January 2021, Southwestern Home Products is under new ownership. We are now a veteran owned company offering the same selection of services. In keeping with the tradition of adding innovative product lines, we now offer Sierra Pacific Windows. This new line allows us to provide luxurious and quality windows that pair beautifully with our elegant shower and shade solutions. In addition, we now offer Hale Pet Doors installed in glass doors, wood doors and walls. Our installation crews are unequivocally the most experienced in the region.
