In some cases due to the paint shortages we are not able to paint a house in this case it slows the work down a little bit. It’s nice to have a Plan B. Anybody need small tractor services, trash out, dump removal.
I also have my wife who is a real estate agent and if anybody needs a realtor feel free to let us know and we will be glad to help.

In my 27 years as a painter I am in a position for the first time where I cannot purchase paint to paint the house. The paint shortage is real and it’s really tough to have work and not be able to paint.
onto the next one hopefully we can find the right base to paint it.
It’s literally the type of paint we use and the base we pick depending on how light or dark the customer picks. That determines whether we can get the materials to do the house.

Job is coming along. Gauntlet gray for the body and Swiss coffee for the trim along with tricorn black on the doors shutters , facia and gutters

Thank you Al for the 5 Star Review. Homeowners I cannot say enough about how important it is to stay in communication with the customer from beginning to end. Always answer calls and always call back if one is missed. Show up be on time and get the job done right. Prep work is the signature of our company. Well we originally painted this house back in 2013 and lo and behold we are painting it again. House is still in good condition from one of our previous paint jobs. .. prep prep prep
