These Lake of the Ozarks black bears are getting a little crazy.

This guy showed up to our jobsite. Started demanding we give him our food....
Like what? No way.
We dont believe in free rides.

So he agreed to work for the day.

Sure, I was scared to death at first. Like Im supposed to rely on this guy to help me, not eat me.
But he was quite the gentleman, and a hard worker.
Not once did he get his phone out, he can lift 2x what my guys can lift and when we had to strip the forms and texture the walls, he was the bomb, using his paws!

10/10 I'd hire him again 🤷🏽‍♀️
