I owe you all some pictures of custom metal fabricated eyebrows on Mansard style roof! In one of my previous videos of “work in progress” - I was planning to be here when the metal fabricator was working. Think it rained that day. I try to coordinate my schedule / customer appts in various towns with the crews working on outside work (weather)….things can change - on both sides.

So, this is the finished work - Mansard style roof with Malarkey Vista (class 4 impact resistant) in Brilliant Black color. Custom metal eyebrows on tops of windows as well as custom metal wrap around the rest of windows. Plus new custom seamless on site gutters made and installed.

I see some pretty neat things in my travels during the day. Most of the time, the birds in nests get scared & fly off (unhappy you can hear). But not this one - this one stayed….enough for me to go back 2x to get the picture!

This is our finished project I had posted before pics & during construction videos previously. Me & the homeowners are so happy with the transformation! All of our materials purchased through suppliers and premium products. No overrun, discontinued or made for “big box stores”materials!
Misty shadow (dark gray color vinyl siding) - 46 thickest they make. Layer of insulation with Tyvek house wrap (moisture barrier underneath). Tear down of brick from garage walls; carpentry work upper soffit/facia area, garage door area & corners, custom real stone veneer (this is actual stone by stone placement with mortor & sill - no “fake panels”), 3 coats of top of the line (not mid grade even) Sherwin Williams paint to change cover & change color on all the wood, custom seamless on site gutters with oversized downspouts, new garage door, new service door, electrician work to move outlets and light fixtures. Also notice - the big round wood gable vents changed to smaller octagons & all the window wood / ledges taken off as well as front door deco….HO also opted for no shutters for a cleaner simple look.

Still working on the brick chimney options & roof to be done another time. As you can see from the back of house - the siding colors make a difference of how they come out, depending on what the other colors it is up against. Good thing to keep in mind when picking out your siding colors!
