Real “damage pockets” in neighborhoods - How can my roof not have damage but other neighbors do? Do I want to keep making claims with my insurance company for hail damage? How can I prevent hail damage on my roof?

This is the final product of the whole house of new Pella windows from previous video during construction post I made. Window color black on outside, white on inside. We did Malarkey Vista Brilliant Black roof and also new garage door!

New storms hit the suburbs again with large hail & high wind impact! Going to a new storm area to help people with our expertise in insurance claims process. Quality materials & installation to follow! No “big box” co. here - lots of ‘no additiional cost” upgrades! An insurance adjuster just told one of my customers that she found “a diamond 💎in the rough” with me! 🥰

I owe you all some pictures of custom metal fabricated eyebrows on Mansard style roof! In one of my previous videos of “work in progress” - I was planning to be here when the metal fabricator was working. Think it rained that day. I try to coordinate my schedule / customer appts in various towns with the crews working on outside work (weather)….things can change - on both sides.

So, this is the finished work - Mansard style roof with Malarkey Vista (class 4 impact resistant) in Brilliant Black color. Custom metal eyebrows on tops of windows as well as custom metal wrap around the rest of windows. Plus new custom seamless on site gutters made and installed.

I see some pretty neat things in my travels during the day. Most of the time, the birds in nests get scared & fly off (unhappy you can hear). But not this one - this one stayed….enough for me to go back 2x to get the picture!
