This is our finished project I had posted before pics & during construction videos previously. Me & the homeowners are so happy with the transformation! All of our materials purchased through suppliers and premium products. No overrun, discontinued or made for “big box stores”materials!
Misty shadow (dark gray color vinyl siding) - 46 thickest they make. Layer of insulation with Tyvek house wrap (moisture barrier underneath). Tear down of brick from garage walls; carpentry work upper soffit/facia area, garage door area & corners, custom real stone veneer (this is actual stone by stone placement with mortor & sill - no “fake panels”), 3 coats of top of the line (not mid grade even) Sherwin Williams paint to change cover & change color on all the wood, custom seamless on site gutters with oversized downspouts, new garage door, new service door, electrician work to move outlets and light fixtures. Also notice - the big round wood gable vents changed to smaller octagons & all the window wood / ledges taken off as well as front door deco….HO also opted for no shutters for a cleaner simple look.

Still working on the brick chimney options & roof to be done another time. As you can see from the back of house - the siding colors make a difference of how they come out, depending on what the other colors it is up against. Good thing to keep in mind when picking out your siding colors!

Stone work done. New octagon gable vents (vs old wood round)…wood taken off the windows for a cleaner look. New service door installed. Paint work (white) starts tomorrow). Need the gutters and new garage door still to come!
