So here we got to do another bathroom repair/update. We were working in an older house that had a window in the bathtub that was just causing trouble so they wanted it removed and to update the tub and repair some old water damage around it. We added some waterproof lvt flooring, a new vanity and trimmed it out.

We had a small mobile home bathroom that had water damage and worn fixtures. We tore out the old and damaged and replace the subfloor and added lvt flooring, new tub, vanity, toilet, mirror and added trim. Customer did their own painting in last 2 pics but the job was a success with a happy customer at the end.

We had a short section of handrail fail on this deck after being back into with a truck. It was a quick repair and the customer requested we replace some of the old cracked decking boards while we were there to bring the deck back to life.

I got a chance to do a nice bath remodel where I had to remove all the old fixtures and remove a few layers of wallpaper and a drop down ceiling. Once we got everything out of the way we were had to make a few necessary subfloor and sheetrock repairs. Everything in this bathroom was replaced with new from the floors and fixtures to the new ceiling texture, lights and paint. The job turned out great with a happy customer at the end.

We just closed in and painted a sheetrock wall heading up to a garage attic then trimmed and finished out the staircase.

Had to close in new tub with mold resistant sheetrock and painted the bathroom for a repeat customer.
