All new step flashings 👍

Last week we completed another house of windows and doors.🙌🏼🙌🏼
Totaling 11 replacement double hung simonton windows 🪟
2 interior in swing doors 🚪
1 exterior steel plated door 🚪
And a storm door full view to allow the sunshine in! ☀️

We have completed another Tearoff roof replacement this being our third of the week ! 🙌🏼
We removed all of the old shingles, underlayments and bad wood! 🪵
Replaced it all with new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, all new accessory cap and start shingles ❄️
New pipe collars and box ventilation were installed 💨
As well as installing a chimney cricket ! ⚒️
We removed old lighting rods and antennas as well! 🙌🏼

New facial metal and soffit in all overhangs

Beams wrapped and freeze block! 🛠️
5 inch standard seamless gutters and downspouts on the whole house ! 🪜
