Does the quality of really paint matter????

In the immortal words of Napoleon Dynamite, "HECK, YES!"

We had just painted this wall (see picture) less than an hour before and we noticed a light spot. We went over it, with the EXACT SAME PAINT from the same bucket and this is what it looked like the next day!

We used a paint I had never used before (and never will again). It was from a reputable source (I won't say where), but it was a lower grade I wasn't as familiar with. I used it because it was exactly what had been used prior. I ended up having to buy completely new paint (from the same place) and completely repaint the whole room to fix it.

This is why painters will often prefer to get the paint themselves. They KNOW what is a good paint, what isn't, and what will ultimately cost less!
